Verify your email

No. My Home Account is not an app. It’s a responsive website which means it can be accessed from many devices and you don’t have to download anything.
Yes. My Home Account is secure and we don't currently save your card details anywhere. We also protect your personal details using encryption and we use standard technologies that are supported by major browsers.
You can find it on most letters we send you, usually in the top right. Your customer reference is 8 numbers long. Not got a letter with you? You can create an account using your home postcode instead. For support getting set up start a live chat with our friendly team.
It depends. You can manage your account with only one My Home Account however any of the registered owners of the property can create an account if they wish.
We understand not everyone might want access to their account online, you can create an account at anytime. Many things you may currently do over the phone can be done online - even when we’re closed.
